Delivery Policy
Governing the delivery of digital and physical assets by ISRHE.
As a Trust and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), the **Institute for Social Reforms and Higher Education (ISRHE)** focuses primarily on delivering academic and organizational assets. This policy outlines the expected timelines and methods for receiving our services and materials.
1. Digital Delivery (E-Certificates, Confirmations)
**Digital assets are delivered via email to the primary email address provided during registration or nomination.**
- **Event Confirmation & Receipt:** Delivered within **24 hours** of successful payment processing.
- **E-Certificates/Soft Copies:** Delivered within **[7 to 10 working days]** after the conclusion of the event or the official results declaration.
- **Magazine/Publication Access:** Digital links are provided immediately upon public release, usually through the member dashboard or email notification.
2. Physical Delivery (Awards, Mementos, Plaques)
**Physical awards and official hardcopy documents are dispatched using reputable courier services.**
- **Dispatch Timeframe:** Physical items are typically dispatched within **[15 to 30 working days]** following the official award ceremony date or the date of payment for the physical asset.
- **Delivery Timeframe:** Delivery depends on the destination pin code. Domestic delivery usually takes **3 to 7 days** from the dispatch date. International delivery may take **10 to 20 working days**.
- **Tracking Information:** Tracking details will be shared with the recipient via email within **48 hours** of dispatch.
3. Recipient Responsibility
- **Address Accuracy:** The recipient is solely responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. ISRHE is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.
- **Receipt of Goods:** It is the recipient’s responsibility to be available to receive the shipment. If an item is returned to us due to non-availability or an incorrect address, the recipient will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a physical item is received damaged, the recipient must notify ISRHE and provide clear photographic evidence within **48 hours** of receipt to qualify for a free replacement. Claims for items lost in transit will be addressed after confirmation from the courier company.
