Return & Refund Policy

This document outlines the policies regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations for events, award nominations, and publications provided by the **Institute for Social Reforms and Higher Education (ISRHE)**.
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the administrative nature of our services, which involve immediate processing of nominations, submissions, and event planning, **all payments made for awards, registration fees, and submissions are generally non-refundable.** We advise all applicants to thoroughly review their submissions before making payment.
2. Event/Conference Cancellation
If an event or conference is **cancelled entirely** by ISRHE, participants will be entitled to a full refund of any registration fees paid. This refund will be processed within **30 days** of the official cancellation notice.
- If an event is **postponed**, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new date. Participants wishing to cancel due to postponement must submit a request within **7 days** of the postponement announcement.
3. Award Nomination Fees
Nomination or application processing fees are **non-refundable**. These fees cover the administrative cost of assessment, regardless of the final outcome (winning or not winning the award).
4. Publication Fees (Journals/Magazines)
Fees for publication services (e.g., article processing charges, submission fees) are generally **non-refundable** once the submission has entered the peer-review or typesetting phase. If a refund is approved before review begins, a minimal administrative deduction may apply.
5. Physical Goods (Certificates/Mementos)
ISRHE does not accept returns on personalized items such as **certificates, plaques, or custom mementos**. If an item arrives damaged, the recipient must provide photographic evidence within **48 hours** of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement.
6. Procedure for Refund Request
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the contact address provided on our **Contact Us** page. The request must include the transaction ID, date of payment, and the specific reason for the refund request. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis according to this policy.
